We offer rental services for vehicles and towing equipment, providing a bailment for mutual benefit. Our rental agreement, signed by you, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us. We do not provide any warranties for the rented truck, and you agree that we are not liable for any damages. Prohibited uses of the truck include reckless driving, overloading, driving under the influence, and transporting prohibited substances. Only authorized additional drivers listed on the rental document are allowed to drive the truck.
