"I too have had problems with getting estimates and ETAs by phone. You need to either train your phone people or replace them. I thought the person who came out to measure (after about 2 weeks of phone calls not returned or promised to return but never did) was fantastic. And now its going on 3 phone calls to try to find out if the windows are in and when I might expect an install. Its not the quality of technicians, it is the lack of basic customer service that is creating these problems. Great installations. If you want good technicians, just be patient with the bad/non existent phone customer service."
