Chipotle Mexican Grill

"They need to remove The Word Mexican food from the Name. It's just American food posing as Mexican food. Nothing is Traditional Mexican cuisine. Will never eat here again. And The prices for dry tasteless food !!! I would not recommend to anyone!"

"I don't eat at Chipotle all that often, but when I do, I like to treat myself to their chips and queso. Today, I went in, got my burrito bowl, chips and queso, and drink. My total was over $18. I wasn't expecting it to be that much, but I paid it anyway. After I left, I looked at my receipt and saw that the chips and queso were $4.50!!! My burrito bowl was only $9, so why the hell are chips and queso $4.50?! So, on my way home, I decided to pull out my bag of chips to munch on to find the bag practically empty! I ended up not eating any because I was just annoyed by that point. When I got home and finally ate, I didn't even have enough chips to eat all of my TINY container of queso. I'm not sure if this is a company wide thing or just this location, but I do know that it's a total rip off."

"First time I've tried Chipotle in my life and to my surprise it was much better than I expected. I will definitely return The manager was very kind when explaining each step to order my food."

"Not a good location. This location constantly constantly under-serves on portions of meat. I routinely order double meat and happy to pay the extra $ but the staff here will not serve proper portions (as compared to other locations). Even when you call them out on it, they insist on not making it right. But they have no problem charging you more or piling on tons of lettuce or other filler ingredients. I even walked out once half way through the prep because they couldn't do it right and refused to correct it. There are a dozen other Mexican restaurants in the immediate area that are better alternatives to this constant rip-off on portions. Even the local street vendors have better food/portions. I've had enough and don't go here anymore."

"There is no diversity in this location. This is a all Caucasian store. I have the girls rolling their eyes at me and shaking their head really making you feel uncomfortable and then making me wait after dad served another Caucasian couple very uncomfortable would not recommend and will not go back. This is a predominantly, Hispanic and black area. Don’t understand why it’s an all Caucasian store."
