"No lie I did not expect what I got. This was a recommendation because someone saw me in front of dickeys(now out of business) and man the food is great, music was everything, service a blast from the past, one of the only Louisiana restaurants u can walk in check ur surrounding and get what you pay for. Love this place and will return. 25$ for me and my wife, thats 2 sides each with our fish entrée. Amazing!!!!!"

"Passed by this spot about a dozen times and each time it seemed packed and every now and then would get a whiff of the delicious smell that was coming from the inside. Finally decided to try this spot out and I'm not even a seafood fan and decided to try their combo plate, catfish fillet and 8pc shrimp w/fries and mac salad as the sides. The food was absolutely delicious the catfish batter and seasoning was extremely delightful. Overall the entire meal was a 10/10 TRY the Catfish!"

"Sometimes the hole in the wall restaurants pleasantly surprise you! I had the red snapper combo with shrimp, hush puppies and fries. The fries were great and salted to perfection. The shrimp and fish had great flavor and a precise crisp. The hush puppies had a kick to it. I'd like to note, the tartar sauce was literally the best I've ever had. Over all, because the food was so good, everything else that went lacking became irrelevant. I recommend this place if you like soul food!"
