"Mis-Diagnosed my truck, telling me I needed to replace a DPF filter. Would be nice if you took the time to properly diagnose my truck, instead of telling me the first thing your computer reads... $2000 down the drain in parts, and $300 diagnoses fee for the wrong information. Ended up having the truck shut down on me, and had to do a roadside repair on my fuel pump. Which I later found out is a main cause for DPF related engine codes. I'm sure MDS does good work, but they didn't take the time to completey diagnose my issue and that frustrates me. Especially after I helped your father one day who needed a jump and I took my time to make sure he was good to go"
