Cali Tacos

"Saw this place on TV long ago, decided to stop on my way past Orange County. Modest looking outside, surprises on the inside. Counter woman was helpful with a recommendation of what's popular. I got a burrito for breakfast. A 4-5 pound steak and shrimp burrito!!!!! Dang, that was good. And kept me filled up to dinner. Wish I was down this way more often, this would become a regular stop."

"Great timing. I showed up and someone leaving. So parking not an issue for me. Saw an outside eating area and lots of people waiting. Inside there was a line. Ordered and found a table to sit at. After quite awhile my order was called. I had a fish taco and the Cali burrito. Portions are quite generous. The fish taco could’ve easily been two. Also the burrito was the size of my forearm. Wow. Both were quite good and flavorful."

"Ummm….the food here is horrible! The meat is unseasoned, tough, chopped BIG & very very dry. The refries beans were sticky & dry, rice was pretty good. I ordered a couple of tacos & another plate. What I ordered versus what I received was two different things. I spent $28 for nothing. Not going there again. Decent customer service."

"Will be back!! I came at a busy lunchtime and didn’t need to wait in a long line to order, but it did take about 25 min to get my takeout order. It was worth it though! The Cali burrito with potatoes and adobosada was so flavorful and the added salsas from their salsa bar and Cali sauce made it even better. Parking was pretty easy + there’s a back lot with more spots."

"Ask for Cali-sauce, it goes great on everything here. The place gets busy on Saturday nights, but that's because the food's delicious. Keep in mind that the Cali Tacos are massively portioned."
