Little Caesars Pizza

"So on my lunch break I went to the one on katella 1st to receive horrible service and leave with no wings because they had none and that's all I wanted. So I called this location was helped right away to know they had wings here went and Julio helped me right away had me in and out in time for my lunch break to have enough time to enjoy the delicious hot wings despite wasting 25 minutes going to katella. Definitely going to this one now on despite being a bit further. After having two bad experiences with katella and their service this store restored my satisfaction with little Cesar's service!"

"Ordered delivery from their app. They forgot 3 out of 7 items. When I called and spoke to the manager, his solution was that I could come pick up the sauces and the 2 liter any time. I asked how that made sense and asked for a refund. He kept saying “Like I said” and then just repeating I could come get it! I said I paid for delivery and again “Like I said”. I asked for DM or Corp and he told me to go to the website! I told him if one of my managers dealt with a customer like him I’d fire them and he hung up on me! Terrible customer service!"

"Absolutely terrible service. I ordered delivery.. didn't come with sauce. Called to inquire and the guy was extremely rude. He tried to blame the driver saying they never grabbed the sauce, but look at my picture, it shows 2/2 items "in the bag" when that's not the reality. I cannot blame the third-party service they use for delivery. Also I wrote this review before.. this is a repost because somehow my review was removed and my photo was added to the stores photos.. like what? No I dont want that goog.."
