"Very sad experience, I've been coming to this Chilis on katella for years,but today, besides the long wait to be seated, the order wasn't as requested. The soups came in after the main course, which took about 40 minutes other appetizers never came ,even after stoping the waiter to remind him of our missing appetizers, he said he would take care of it on the bill but never did. The bill when it came reflected everything. I ordered beer and had to remind him twice b4 it came about 30 min later. He Never refilled other drinks or checked on us, all we got were apologies when ever he passed our table I finally paid the bill and left very unsatified. and feeling robbed. It was pathetic."
