"Interior of the location looks like they haven't seen any dine in customers in a while, with supplies occupying the non-ordering section of the restaurant. They use a kiosk to order, with many of the items unavailable, which was strange since I came during lunch time. On the left of the kiosk is their drink dispenser, of which, many are out of order, or empty, once again strange as they technically just opened an hour or so ago The food took about 10-15 minutes to come out which is alright speed, not too much of a wait. I ordered the Nash Chicken Sandwich - Spicy. Odd enough to say, I feel this would've been better without the spice, as the spice derailed the flavor profile, it was just spicy but not tasty spicy or Uber spicy. The chicken itself was pretty juicy though. The Nash Fries I ordered was another story. The entire thing looked sad, with the chicken on top not really presentable, and the cheese only on a weird side of the dish itself. This dish can 100% skip. Overall, if you really just want a chicken sandwich and you dont want to head to the other chicken store, this is an "ok" replacement."

"The food here was excellent. I had the Hainan Chicken, which came with rice and cole slaw, and my husband ordered the Insane Chicken Sandwich combo. The Hainan Chicken was pretty good, but the show-stopper was definitely the chicken sandwich. The fries were perfectly flavored, hot, and crispy. The chicken was also crisped to perfection and very tasty. My husband didn't notice the Insane sandwich only came in spicy so we weren't expecting it, but we could handle it so it was no problem. Food came out in about 15-20 minutes. Ordering is done at a stand up tablet and there was only one person who seemed very busy so he couldn't help with any questions (even though we made eye contact a couple of times). On a separate note, it seems some thought was put into designing a comfy, inviting eating area, which was nice, but the exposed kitchen gave off a messy vibe. The floors and bathroom were also pretty dirty. With only one guy working at the time, I am sure he didn't have time to also clean up. As good as the food was, I was able to look past the mess and I still told the rest of my family to try it out. The food was delicious so all is forgiven!"

"Tuesday 1/2/24 Lunch at Chic-ciety in Walnut. New Chinese style fried chicken sandwich shop. I’ve ordered the original chicken sandwich combo. Fried crispy chicken thigh with cold slaws and thick fries. It tasted crispy and tender chicken without any greasiness. Self service order. I recommend trying this restaurant in comparison with other fried chicken sandwich restaurants like Popeyes or Raising Canes, etc. David Young Restaurant Enthusiast"

"The food here is great and the portions are large. The menu is simple, but a good amount of options. The ordering is done with no human interaction on a tablet. Make sure you complete your order correctly and get a text receipt. We waited for 25 min to get 1 order and waited another 10 min then asked about the other order to find out that it did not go through properly. Staff just seemed confused and we left without resolution. We couldn't wait another 25 min for 1 sandwich. Besides the order issue I my comeback for another meal. Not sure."

"Chicken-focused spot with sandwich, tender, wing, and even Hainan chicken options. Came here with my family on a Thursday evening around 7:30pm and ordered with the person at the counter in order to use our 50% off coupon received in the mail. It was about a 20 minute wait to receive our order. Indoor seating is available and they have a TV screen playing K-pop. I had the devil spicy chicken sandwich, which came with two filets (all the other sandwiches came with one filet). The heat definitely built up in my mouth; note that they do have a customizable spice scale. The fries were good for four people and were nicely fried. Sauce is available for 25 cents. The chicken wings are not breaded and are a relatively healthier option. Service was friendly and there’s free parking. Credit cards accepted."
