"Chris has helped me multiple times when I have come to Panera. He’s asked me about the weather, my day, solved any issue that may have happened, and did it with a smile. I’m not sure if he is the manager, but he carries himself with great leadership and its positive effect shows with the staff. Every time I come here and he’s there I know it’s going to be great service. I’m very, very happy with the service I’ve gotten from Panera and specifically Chris"
