"Worst customer service EVER. When trying to get straight answers they like to say "I don't know" quite a lot. We have been jerked around so many times by these guys. Made an appointment to have our car serviced, got there, called an hour later for an update and was told they hadn't even ordered the part. NO ONE offered a reasonable explanation. Management didn't have the decency to talk with us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"We had the worst experience ever this last time. We’ve been to TC multiple times and have bought eight vehicles in total. We’ve never had a problem with the service department until 12/13. If they would have communicated with us, it would have not escalated the way it did. It was handled very poorly and I’m extremely disappointed in how Curtis handled it. I’ve known Curtis for years and expected him to handle the situation better, he did not. Completely ignored all the wrong the service department did. Do better service department. If we return to TC it will only be to the sales department as Jerry, Rodney, and Shawn always take care of us."
