"Update. Came in for an oil change March 28th. They were not busy but it took 2.5 hours! I missed multiple meetings that day because of this. The guy working the desk needed help with everything (they have new people every time I visit, I know it's a tight labor market but Wow!) I had a couple questions specific to my F-150 that no one could answer. This shakes my confidence in them unfortunately. They were great two years ago but like so much these days, that has changed. One final thing, the sticker for my next service says to come back April 1st, 2000! Guess the jokes on me and I'm not even confident that they actually changed my oil. Original post Quick in and out for oil change and tire rotation. Price seemed right. Friendly staff, covid precautions taken, nice area to wait. I will be back."
