So purchasing a car was a big deal for me! Nathan was my guy and he was perfect - encouraging but not too pushy. He communicated with me for a couple of days leading up to the purchase, answered all my questions and guided me to get insurance. He even came to pick me up to take me to the dealership. He seemed honest about the condition of the car and like he genuinely wants people to find the right fit.
