"Not sure Butler or Acura even cares but, we have used this service department for years. We thought we could trust them. It just does not seem the same at Butler. We recently had them check our brakes on our MDX because the was shaking when we applied the brakes, so they installed new brakes. We come from Grants Pass, so it is quite the trip for us. The car still shook when we got it home so we decided to take it to another company locally in Grants Pass to look at it. They determined in minutes, the rotors needed turning. So we are without the vehicle again for the same reason and out a bunch of money. Sorry Butler but we are cutting our losses after this one and probably moving on from Acura make vehicles. This was not the only issue we have had with the service department."
