"Honestly very disappointed at the costumer service of this location at Jersey Mikes. Went here many times buying sandwiches, using the Jersey Mikes app to gain points. Once my family had accumulated points to buy sandwiches on their accounts, we ordered sandwiches and had my dad pick them up. But in the end, they wouldn't make the sandwiches because the last name on the accounts were the same-obviously bc we are a family. My dad trying to figure out a solution, resulted in the employees giggling, laughing, and belittling him; outright mocking him. In the end, we lost all the points that had been accumulated from last purchases with our own money and from offers in the jersey mikes account. While I can understand how the employees might’ve seen this situation; as they just make the sandwiches. The way they acted and dealt with my dad was just honestly plain out rude and unprofessional. I do love their sandwiches but wont be going back to this location."

"When I made an order using my points on my phone, I arrived to pick up my order and they told me we can’t complete your order with the reward system when the app literally told me I had enough for a free sandwich. They wouldn’t give us the sandwiches using the point system. I bought a sandwich 3 days ago online and picked it up and they’re doing buy a sandwich and get 72 points (which is enough for a regular) and so when I went to get the regular today, they wouldn’t let me along with my family’s orders because they all ordered sandwich as well. They told us we can only give you the ones that were actually paid for. The ones my family got with their points were told by the manager to not be made. The staff were rude and were laughing, dying on the floor. Overall not happy and went home frustrated and hungry and my family was extremely annoyed. "Just had a confusing and disappointing experience at this location... This was my first time ever trying Jersey Mike's Subs based on numerous high reviews. I researched beforehand the vegan options available. When I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted by a swarm of flies. The door was closed so I'm not sure how they had gotten in. The employee behind the counter greeted me and I asked his assistance in choosing between two sandwiches, he told me neither were popular but I shared that I needed an option without meat or cheese. The employee responded, "those would be your options then." I went with the veggie. The employee then greeted the person behind me and started making their order. I wasn't bothered by this, not in a rush or anything. I just figured he was consolidating tasks. When he was done cutting the meat for the next customer, I kindly asked if he would change his gloves, which he seemed to do gladly. I then realized he had cut a bunch of cheese for my sandwich. I clarified that I didn't want cheese on my sub, he removed it no problem. I specified three times to this employee that I wanted all the veggies, including all the peppers. He did not include the red pepper relish. He did assist me with adding avocado and mushrooms to my sub, however, seemed annoyed when I preferred not to heat the mushrooms on the grill. Another employee began helping me and I kindly asked her to put some of the pepper relish on the side and she smiled and said, "yes," told me my total, handed me my sandwich and walked to the back of the store. I stood there waiting for her to return but she didn't. I'm now sitting in the parking lot confused as to what disconnect there was. Overall the sub tasted fine but I felt like I had inconvenienced the employees somehow by having modifications to my sandwich. I wish I could've tried the cherry pepper relish since I love spicy things. Probably wouldn't visit this location again due to the service."

"Walked in around 5pm. Noone at the front counter, waited a minute or two. All 3 workers at the time were in the back on their phones, had to call out twice to get their attention. They looked spooked when I called out to them lol. Sandwich was fine, I got Tuna. They had to take my bread portion to the back out of view to put the tuna in the bread, kinda weird. Probably won't come back to this location but other Jersey Mike's have been good. Only reason it's not a 1 star is that the sandwich wasnt that bad."
