"The food was great the pork and cabbage dumplings with soy sauce were bomb. Ordered both bafang signature ramen and another spicy ramen but they both tasted almost the same and almost no spicy so if you add more chili sauce that they provide be generous with it to get the spice. I also got the mini wonton soup which was also really good, the wontons were perfect no complaints and the broth was a great compliment to the wontons. If you like more flavor fry mixing in the chili sauce and some ginger sauce that they have in and trust it elevates it a lot. Their soy mango drink is also really good not too sweet and I added boba which went really good with it. 9/10 would definitely go again but not so much for the ramen because there want enough spice to call it spicy and both spicy ramens tasted the same."
"Really nice place to grab a quick bite and everything was affordable. My favorite was their soy milk, I should have gotten another one. Their soup was delicious!"
"I randomly saw this joint on insta, you know a random foodie page that tells you how delicious a place is! Since I head to the City of Industry often, I made sure to add this to my must visit restaurant list. It was a random day and my partner wanted to go out to lunch, we were about to pass Asuza off the 60 which I randomly exited and decided on this spot last min. The customer service was great and the young lady that helped us was very patient knowing it was our first time… ordered #1 Dumpling+ Lemon Black tea- Very flavorful, hot and crunchy – make a nice sauce w the options! Noodles + Pork chop – Bafang Signature Noods – nice chewy texture on the noodles, great flavor, pork chop – can taste the Chinese five spice and star anise, hot, crunchy and paired well with the radish Delish!!!"
"One of the best dumpling houses in Taiwan. Now it opened its door in City of Industry. Back in Taiwan, Bafang is a very popular noodle house where the restaurant always has a long line outside. We bumped into it when we came out from visiting Schabarum Regional Park next door. The restaurant is located outside of the la puente Hills mall on Azusa Blvd. The foods are mostly Taiwanese cuisine and they are amazing. The restaurant offers set menus where you can order a dozen of potstickers with a soup or tea. I love their Kimchi dumpling and potstickers. Delicious kimchi flavor is my favorite. Never had that before for potstickers. Besides potstickers and dumplings, the noodles were fantastic as well. Many people ordered the house beef noodle but I opted for their sesame house special noodle. I liked the texture and the spicy sesame sauce with the noodle, quite unique taste. I highly recommend ordering this noodle and it is only $6. They also sell frozen dumplings at a very reasonable price. We bought 50 dumpling for less than $30. I haven’t had a chance to try out their cold drinks. Judging from the dined-in people, we can see that their lemon tea and soy milk drinks are quite popular."
"With a fairly simple and limited menu, you would think this very famous franchise would really hit it big. But honestly I didn’t quite find anything to be exceptional. I love dumplings and maybe I’ve gotten used to the elevated fare we have out here in LA. I was expecting something more flavorful and out of all the dumplings I found the sesame noodles to be the most tasty. I was expecting something better having driven out here from the city. Still they seem to be consistent and having a consistent well priced dumplings at your disposal isn’t something to be discounted if you live near there. And I would definitely drop by again if I’m on my way back from the valley."
