"Had a Poor service from your Server LAM. She took her own time to get our food order. Very bossy character. Not polite. Also What kind of a server takes the drinking coffee mug from the table to the back of the counter holding it from the brim of the mug to get it refilled after we were waiting for a while it to be refilled and bring it back to the table after she does all her duties behind the counter? Surely a poorly trained one. Food was not upto our satisfaction as the steak is definitely not fresh as it was dry and not rich in flavor. Giving two stars because the Nachos was good. Coffee was hot. Sides were good. Soup was new although crackers were not out as She mentioned."
