"I saw that this place was almost a 5 star reviewed restaurant. I gave it a 4 star. Food was very flavorful amd aromatic yet this is not the only restaurant that does "fusion". There are two or three more places like this that almost exactl dishes, nothing new. One extra portion of this place isbthat they do a little milk tea as an additional value for the Boba lovers yet their drinks are less in variety of tastes. Out food came out rather rapidly, a little too rapidly as it was already in the kitchen to be dropped off. All in all great atmosphere and lack of employees but still good customer services, just had to flag them down for attention."
"I had their signature wonton shrimp soup, it was delicious. The man that took my order was very friendly. The brought was delicious, the vegetables were crisp, the shrimp were fresh, and the noodles were freshly made. You could taste how perfect this soup was. I would definitely come back. Great food, (the tia tea was also good)."
"This place is very cute when you walk inside. From the outside though its not super noticeable and it's not in a big shopping plaza either is it's easy to overlook. Parking is decent. There's isn't a lot of parking, but there is enough parking. Their lychee rose tea is soo good! It's a tiny tiny bit sweet but if you ask for more ice I think that will help. They obviously have a lot of fusion dishes which is interesting. One dish they have like their take on lomo saltado and then garlic noodles. The garlic noodles were the perfect consistency. The lomo saltado part tasted different from traditional lomo saltado because the meat was on the sweeter side, it was still good. The pho was bomb, but I also generally like pho."
"@fusioncornerllc is a great spot to get your fusion on! Their menu offers Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Peruvian dishes to take you on a journey for your taste buds! All the dishes we had were super delicious and washed it all down with one of their teas! Their menu is so fun!! I must say next visit I will try a Thai dish, bulgogi fries and their passionfruit macchiato! How’s that for a taste bud trip?! We had: Popcorn Chicken Wonton noodle soup with shrimp Grilled chicken and shredded pork skin on rice Bun Bo Hue Sizzling Wagyu Strawberry peach tea"
"I came here on a Sunday afternoon and was promptly seated. Staff was super quick and accommodating. I tried several dishes and they were all superb! The most standout dishes to me were the following: The Taiwanese popcorn chicken came with a side of sweet and sour sauce, and a small cup of chili powder which you can add to the chicken yourself depending on how spicy you can handle. The chicken was super soft and juicy and is among the best popcorn chicken I've ever had! The bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup) was flavorful, rich and satisfying! The soup had a little more kick than I'm used to, but it had a nice beefy flavor, and the meat was tender! The com tam (broken rice) came with charbroiled pork and egg and was delicious! As with all of their other meat dishes, the pork was cooked to perfection and was moist and tasty! It had a nice char on it to give it that distinctive charbroiled taste. Lastly, I tried a new menu item of theirs, the sizzling Wagyu beef with egg. This one came with black pepper sauce, however they also have a mushroom sauce option. The beef was thinly sliced and practically melted in my mouth. The black pepper sauce added a nice sweet, savory and peppery touch to it and the accompanying French roll was a nice complement for dipping into the runny egg and meat juices. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend trying this spot if you're in the Buena Park area!"
