Reviews
"Food: Authentic and rich. Their broth is flavourful, and the noodles get their coat on. They have a specialty ramen called Kiwami - check it out. So delicious. Service: Friendly, accurate, and fast. Can't wait to come back!"
"This place is truly a Michelin rated. The tsukemen are excellent flavors with 3 types of noodles to choose from. The broth is not heavy at all and tasty. The regular size bowl looks small, but it fills me up. The pork is a big portion and very tender. Excellent customer service."
"Well, I found my new favorite Ramen place. Square’ish Hira-uchi noodle, Yu-giri is perfect (how noodle is boiled and raised out, water cut. Beautiful.) Chashu, also perfect! Soup, yes!!! A spot every ramen lover should have a bowl."
"How do I start off this review? I saw it was a Michelin guide restaurant (not star) but thought it was interesting to try. So I went on a 85°c day, but it was boiling hot inside like the air conditioner was out. I don't know if this is a regular issue but even the workers weren't happy with the heat. Not exactly the most pleasant of atmosphere but that's fine if the food is good. I started off with a karaage which was great. It was crispy, cooked to perfection and had a great sauce to go with it(Kewpie). Then we get started with the spicy red ramen. While the noodles and accompanying ingredients are great and plentiful, the broth that's used for it is definitely a disappointment. Simply put, it's way too salty even if we say "it's authentic", because authentic ramen is nowhere near this salty. While it's definitely flavorful, the saltiness just overpowers everything. I'd love to say it's only my ramen that was affected but other people with me who got the white ramen also had the same complaints about saltiness. I wouldn't be coming here again even if the reviews from others are great or the prices of salt skyrocket."
