"My wifes club salad was pretty terrible, the salads are pre packed, the chicken is dry, and Avocado rotten. I ordered the chicken tenders and they were dry also, the only thing that was good was my sons hot dog...but it was a hot dog, its kinda hard to screw that up lol. Overall the atmosphere is cool, workers were nice and the music is awesome from the 50s and 60s."

"The onion rings & special holiday Garlic burger are excellent here. They also have one of the new pick-your-flavor soda machines, though it is frequently out of specific syrups. My only complaint is that the menu is kinda small, especially if you're eating on the meal plan. Like, would it kill them to let us have a small chocolate shake with a meal? Thankfully the staff are always nice."

"the absolute worst customer service and people i’ve ever seen. The older employees are so sweet but the young girls are snobby little POS. I love the vibes in here but the employees at knotts make the experience bad now. The food is served like you’re in a cafeteria it’s gross and way over priced. the employees seem so bored and are just so rude. definitely ruined my knotts experience and it’s not even just coasters."

"Great selection of foods for small bites. You have your typical hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken fingers, fries, & onion rings. Great taste, not bad in prices. If you have a season pass use it as it comes in handy for discounts through our the park."

"I tried the salmon with risotto over a bed of spinach. Salmon was under seasoned & under cooked & risotto was over cooked & very mushy - was more like a porridge. They also blocked off one side so people couldn't walk from one side to the next but it also blocked the bathrooms, making it impossible for me to get by in a wheelchair or even a cane. Not handicapped friendly at all."
