"I live near by and EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THIS EL POLLO LOCO THEY FIND A WAY TO MESS UP MY ORDER. Either the chickens under cooked or over cooked. Or they don't put my sid orders in the bag. Tonight I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and a tostada, the tostada tasted stale and the Tortilla soup didn't come with tortillas or the cheese or the Cilantro.... this is a horrible location."

Don’t come here if you want chicken for lunch on a week day. Los pollos on Florence & paramount doesn’t have that problem go there instead. You will leave with good chicken !"
"Where is the chicken in the classic tostada salad? We ordered four of them. Maybe 5-6 tiny chicken pieces. Tostada lacked rice & beans. Also ordered family meal, 16 pieces of legs & thighs and only received 14! I need to take my money somewhere else."
