"I had not been here for a while because they replaced their mojo potatoes for potato wedges which I can get anywhere, but we still went because we were hungry and pizza used to be good. What a bad experience: when people that got there after started getting their orders first, I ask and they said sorry, we dropped the pizza and had to make another one. Waited another 15 minutes, asked again, they said it was almost ready. Then it turns out they lost the order, needless to say after 45 minutes I asked for my money back and me and my family left, hungry to say the least."

"Usually I have good experience with pizza here but getting this type of service with Boneless Chicken Wings were outrageous. It was small and definitely not as advertised compared to their website pictures. Do not buy Boneless Chicken Wings from here."

"Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I had Pepperoni, Sausage and mushroom with extra cheese. I was pleasantly surprised that the bread wasn’t soggy. All tops were fresh. I also had wings and they were good but not as good as the pizza."

"Terrible experience!!!! I ordered a speciality pizza through their online website, and made a special instruction request to make it half pepperoni. My request was never granted! Not only did I receive the wrong order, but the pizza wasn't even cut. When I reached out for assistance, to make my order to what I requested. They refused to fix there mistake and claimed the special feature doesn’t present itself to there receipt. And I’m very understandable, no one is perfect especially if there’s a glitch in the system. But the effort to fix the customer order should be a priority. And they refuse to fix it. He claimed I wanted a free pizza to his staff and I when over heard him, I stated to him “No one is asking for a free pizza, I just want what I ordered”. I requested my money back as I was not getting what I paid for and to speak to a manager, and they said there was no one on site. End of story, they did not want to fix the problem or be accountable to return my money to what I ordered knowing there is a glitch in there system."

"Worst dine In experience I’ve ever had hands down. I arrived and the place didn’t look too busy so my family decided to dine in (huge mistake with a toddler) the cashier took our order at 5:30PM and we seated then waited. 20 minutes pass by and my son is starting to get antsy asking “where is the pizza?” Then i start looking around seeing the other guests looking confused too. I then check the front and see the lobby is full of guests too standing confused with receipts in hand, weird but okay. Another twenty minutes pass by and the table in front of me finally gets their order of wings and potato wedges then they asked what took so long and where is the pizza they ordered as well. The server said this exactly “you guys are lucky to get your food, we have so many door dash and pick up orders that they’re making that a priority right now.” SUPER weird statement to begin with saying their lucky they got their food as is they didn’t pay for it and very dumb of them to not manage their orders properly and stopping the doordash orders cause they were obviously overwhelmed. 6:30pm and they are still waiting for their pizza and i still haven’t received any type of food either. My son won’t stay still cause he’s hungry and getting impatient with the pizza we promised him so I begin walking around with him till we get the order while my wife is taking care of our new born at the table. We finally got our mediocre food around 6:40pm then ate and left around 7:00pm. Worst part about it is that they knew from the beginning that it was gonna be more than an hour for any dine in order but didn’t bring that information to anyone till after an order is placed. I will never be returning again and I highly suggest you don’t dine in if you do decide to try this mediocre pizza unless you love waiting around and wasting time."
