"The customer service is horrible. I’m also annoyed because I’m Black Friday I got a deal for 70% off and I was SO EXCITED. The dresses stayed on the website for a week after I purchased and I know because I was addicted to their website that week. Them I say they refunded me for the items being “unavailable” months later and one of the dresses is still on the website. This really bummed me out. Overall most of the stuff is great quality except a dress I got that is basically see through and for the type of dress it shouldn’t be"

"My absolute favorite store. Call me biased because I’m Brazilian but I’m so grateful to have a physical store location in Los Angeles. I always walk in and buy multiple items. The customer service is immaculate and they always treat me so well and assist me. I’m so happy to not have to buy online or fly to Brazil to shop at my favorite store. However, my only disappointment that I’ve ever had is that this location is temporarily closed and I am anxiously waiting for it to reopen!"

"Interring that the bad reviews are always coming from people who tried to return their purchase. Californians stop using the clothing to go to the club and then get the money back returning an used item that you cannot afford. Cut it off! It’s getting old at this point. If you can’t afford Farm Rio just go to Forever 21 website."

"Big bummer. Their clothes are cute but this store is run by con artists. I made a purchase on April 2, returned it on April 8 in store. The woman looked me in the eye and told me my return was all set and to expect a receipt. It's has been almost 20 days since the return. I've sent 5 emails, 2 IG DMs and called and left a VM. Their response is that the store doesn't acknowledge the receipt... It's a bummer because their stuff is cute, but unfortunately their customer service is horrendous. If you decide to shop here DO NOT LEAVE THE STORE UNTIL YOU GET THE RECEIPT. No matter if the customer service reps assure you that you'll get it."
