"The rice is constantly undercooked. We have gone several times to wind up with crunchy, raw rice in our bowls. The staff is very friendly but don't seem to have anyone to overlook or train them on how to properly cook the food."

"This is probably the third time I came to this location for a lunch to find out they are out of half of their ingredients. The staffing should definitely have a sign out stating they are out of the following on their entrance so you don't have to wait over 15 minutes in line to find out they are out of items. The location is in a pretty populated area so you'd think they would have plenty of ingredients on hand."

"It was 10:35am and they still hadn't unlocked doors. I had placed an online at like 10:20am. Then a worker named Michelle came and finally opened the door and just walked away. She didn't even indicate to us that the door had been opened or anything. There was about 5 of us waiting. Very unprofessional. I was disappointed because typically Chipotle has a good reputation. I won't ever go back to this location. It was 10:40 and my food was still not ready."
