"Horrible experience here! We ordered 3 sandwiches and none were edible. The meat was uncooked, egg tastes horrible, and the only thing remotely safe to eat was the bread. The manager, Veronica Bailon, refused a refund stating “this location provides no refund under any circumstances” We attempted contacting corporate and their customer service system provided nothing but “error” messages. Love this restaurant chain but will NEVER eat here at this location again."
