"I just left i odered a steak n egg special n ham n egg hubby Steak n eff Advertised fr $8.99 but since we used debit $12.99 . FIne paid when i received "Steak n Eggs" came with powerful smell Redish like Adobada Steak when i tasted it i had to spit out tasted like its been marinated for wks months My husband who eats anythn tried it and said Digusting I askes to change fr ankther they sais All were seasoned to oder somethn else so i asked fr ham n egg the same as my husband $7.99 wt coffee They put aslice of ham wtthe fries i had odered fr steak n the same eggs now cold and they didnt even adjust my bill ! So i enxed up paying $26 fr 2 ham n eggs kf $7.99 never a sorry a would u like hash brown No wonder hardly any 1 there!"

"Okay so this is a heads up for everybody in Downey, you got to stop going to all the local burger joints like Mr Pete's etc, I got this super nacho play for a little under $11, everywhere else they want 18 to $19,..... While everybody else is raising their prices, Thomas Burger stays consistently low and their food and service is always great, it's only common in sense people..... This will continue to be my go-to"

"Myself and coworkers enjoy eating at Tom's. Sorry no pics we were HUNGRY lol. Young ladies are ALWAYS courteous and very helpful. Employees always ask if I need assistance carrying the food out. I have use of a cane. Company places pretty big orders. See ya next time Tom's we'll be back!"

"This place was good when it opened, we took the family to dine in and it turned into a huge disappointment. Their world famous chicken was okay, however the can been were very dry. We ordered two of their Jr burgers and the buns were super hard. DUI fries, had cold pastrami and the cheese couldn't even melt.. The flavored water were out, and the taste of the food was not all there.. sadly this was the last time we set foot on this restaurant... it went from really good to really bad.."
