"Food was good but the service wasn't I had replaced a biscuit for the strawberry one so they charged me extra for it and I didn't get it then I told them while I ordered my food for the 2 types of sauces I wanted didn't get any sauce last thing I had asked for a large Dr pepper light ice and I got a small Dr pepper filled with ice barley any soda soo yea service wasn't the best but who knows I try nn give them the benefit of the doubt because it was Christmas so maybe they usually have better service"
"I got there about nine fifteen p m. They told me I will have to wait for my chicken. I was cool with that. 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting on my chicken. I see about eight people come in after me got that chicken and left. So I asked the manager about my order, she said. Do you want your money back. She offered no apology or excuse on what happened."
"The location is great and so is the pleasing esthetics of the restaurant. My concern is the customer service provided by the employees. I understand that serving fast food can often be unglamorous (I worked at McDonald's) but you need to remember as an employee, without patrons you don't have a paycheck to cash. I'll change my review score when I experience an improvement."

"Very friendly crew at this location, plenty of parking, and the location is sparkling clean. The food is good for fast food. Inexpensive compared to other fast food restaurants. Fast service, great food, light on the wallet. Tried their hot sauces, they’re good, specially the Megan thee stallion is specially good."
