"Poor service. Messed up my food called multiple times. No one would answer the phone. Talked to manager when I went there next and she said she couldn’t help me. Even after other manager confirmed talking to me and remembers my order. I just didn’t have the receipt. Never again. This took 30 minutes. Could have ask me to come in. Had cars in drive through going nuts on the horn. All over 13$. After going in place is very dirty. Fast food rating of a 1"
"Awful service practices during the night shift, today they claimed the system was down, even as they served the car in front, 2/12/24 -4:30am, is not the first time they do such practice, question your night crew regarding this mstter. Very bad for business."

"I ordered my hamburgers to be lettuce wrapped no buns. The employee repeated lettuce wrapped back to me. Plus when given my food she told me that the burgers were both lettuce wrapped. Drove home to find that both burgers were NOT lettuce wrapped. My wife has celiac disease so she couldn't eat the burger. $35 wasted!!!"
"I ordered a garden salad with grilled chicken. When I opened my salad, the chicken was not cut up like the picture. I had to pull it apart myself. Not happy."
