"The older lady with the bad highlights working as the door greeter should be the last person working up front. When we asked her what their holiday bags were filled with (we assumed it was a gift bc of presentation) she practically began to yell at us, “you need to spend some money!!” then, “it’s just a bag!!” over and over. She made us feel really uncomfortable. The staff overall is extremely unfriendly. Stick to buying online or avoid this location if possible."

"Top Quality? No where near!! I got a pair of shorts from Lulu Lemon, supposed to have life time warranty. I wore it once, and washed it once and the aftermath was horrible. Didnt worry since Lulu has life time warranty. Took the shorts to the store and was told not its not covered. This is accidental damage. I have owned many shorts from other brands and have washed them multiple times, the bad does not go back. This particular one is the worse quality I have ever seen. One wash damages the shorts, then you should say dont machine wash, however the instructions say machine wash!! The rude store employee said nothing can be done. I asked for corporation information and contacted them. They told me they will send me a form but most likely will not cover it.. Horrible Quality for the price!!! ZERO STARS, unless someone fixes this. See image of the damage."
