"The food was great. We were there at 8 am. Only a couple of tables in the restaurant but the service took a while to take care of customers. I saw only one staff at that moment. After we finished, a few staff came into the restaurant. Expected some wait in the early morning."
"Food was very good - unfortunately VERY $$$ too!! The bill was $100 for 3 people! I will say, the Huckleberry Lemonade was amazing … worth $9? …. Ummmm?"
"It is one of the better places to go for breakfast. Just beware, it is popular, so expect to wait. Decent bacon, great pancakes, waffles, and French toast. Service is a bit slow."
"Been to this Black Bear Diner a few times and everything had always been good. Good food and food service. This last visit though, it seems that they are really understaffed. The hostess looked to be doing about 3 jobs herself. The waiter came off as a bit rude and annoyed when we weren't ready to order the first time he came by. Food was good, hash browns could be a little hotter though. But all in all it still beats IHOP by a mile."
"The staff were very friendly, courteous and Prompt. I got a free Breakfast on my birthday and it was delicious. All you have to do is register online. The food was so delicious. I got the French toast but I heard they are famous for there pancakes. The bacon is thick cut smoked maple flavor and the eggs are nice and fluffy. I definitely will be back soon. Thanks for starting my birthday off right. My breakfast was perfect"
