"I always come here since it's close to my house. I usually order I online but today I went in. The cashier said it would be ready in about 10-15 min. I were waiting for around 20, and sitting right in front. Eventually I went to ask, and the bag had been sitting on the side for over 10 minutes. The cashier said she called our name but we didn't hear it, she must've whispered it. The girl who took our order saw us sitting there and knew our order was ready. Instead, she let us sit there until we had to go up and ask. We would've been there all night. Horrible customer service."

"I never had issues at this location but the last two times I've ordered here its just been pure issues with my order, my wings were litterally overcooked and plain instead of having seasoning, there excuse was saying that it's supposed to be like that when i order from the lynwood location it look nothing like that and i had a better experience there. As well they messed up my order and gave me carrots instead of fries and then when they give me the fries it had no cajun seasoning like i asked for, it was just plain, its disappointing that I have to stop coming to this location now, I'm always nice about issues like these but its the 2nd time this happens"

"The wings are good temperature wise and they did well seasoning the lemon pepper wings. However, they seem to skimp on the sauce on the mild wings. Additionally, the presentation of the wings was very strange compared to other Wingstop locations. Normally if there is two flavors the wings are separated left to right. Left one flavor and right another flavor. Here they seem to just put the second flavor on top of the other wings making you think you only got one flavor initially. Besides the presentation I really wish they added more sauce to the mild wings since it tasted like plain wings with a hint of mild sauce rather than the wings actually becoming the flavor to which it should be lathered with."
