"This is my work location subway and the staff are super friendly and always keep the store clean"
"Right away day were there to help and the sandwiches are excellent"
"Very professional and kind while understanding, very hard working ladies in there, the morning shift anyway."
"I attempted to use a coupon I received in the mail: FLDRINK (Get a free Footlong when you buy a Footlong with a drink). I wanted a Footlong for myself and one for my mother. She was craving it, but she mentioned that the bread would be too filling. I realized that the coupon excludes Wraps in the fine print. I took this to mean that the free footlong couldn't be a Wrap, not the paid one, since I would be paying full price for it, anyway. I was told by the first attendant that the coupon would work after she tried it on the register, charging one Wrap and one Italian Footlong, and she proceeded to make the order. After the meat and cheese for the Wrap had been toasted, another associate named Lulu interrupted the process, took my coupon, and told me that it wouldn't work with the Wrap. I told her that the other associate had already confirmed that it worked and that this should be honored. Lulu then went to the register and pretended to try the transaction. She didn't even enter the same amount of keystrokes as the first associate and just said it couldn't be done. The first associate fell silent in the face of this strange power trip. I offered to pay for the difference on a separate transaction, whatever the upcharge is on the Wrap, if she redeemed the coupon on the first transaction as all bread. Lulu made the absurd suggestion that if I wanted to use the coupon at all, then I would have to buy a third footlong, that this was the only way. I asked to speak to the manager and she spent the next nearly ten minutes trying to reach the manager "Christine" on the phone, then speaking to her in private, before returning and asking if I wanted to hear her tell me it couldn't be done. Who knows if the person on the phone was actually the manager. Such poor customer service and a waste of time over an insignificant wrap upcharge I was willing to pay for, even after being told it could be done. The tomato basil wrap my mother prefers wasn't even available, so this was much ado over a flour tortilla, basically. A satisfactory way to deal with this would have been to let me use the coupon on this one occasion with the Wrap, since the ingredients had been sitting and getting cold the entire time. Ultimately, I couldn't tell which associate was telling the truth about the coupon working at the register. I left with two Footlongs (Italian & cold decrumbed wheat), using a different coupon. I will not be returning to this location, and I will think twice before eating at Subway again."
"Usually a decent place to go to. This particular day I encountered myself with a very rude employee. Very awful nasty person. It wasn't even 30 seconds before I even opened my mouth to order my meal and she was rudely telling me "what do you want!"and slamming my bread against the table. Just very awful attitude."
