"I work in the same plaza it was my lunch break and they gonna say their service is down they are not taking orders and the tall gives me that look like if I didn’t understood what he said while they where still ringing up a person just because there was a fight outside they didn’t want to take an order"

"I didn't like that the staff was not accessible, I wanted to exchange one ingredient for another knowing that mine was more expensive than the other and still they didn't give me the option to discount if I took that ingredient away from it, I have gone to other branches and they are kinder and take less time."

"Where the meat at? Come on Subway, the bread is burnt. The cheese didn't melt, it's nothing at all like the ad. I deserve my money back, that was a poor "Philly cheese sandwich"."

"Subways are underrated because of the staff, this one is not an exception. The lady assisting me was wonderful, she just added too much veggies on my wrap. I knew it wouldn't close. I asked her to scoop them off into something. She tried to reach for a bowl and the other worker, M, told her she would have to charge me more for a salad. If he would have minded his own business. It was so much it wouldn't even close. I told him that since he wanted to be in everyone's business, if it unfolds, he making me a new one. Guess what, it opened. Next time, mind your business. The young lady had it under control. My wrap was remade, by the same young lady, Laura, and turned out great. Thanks Oscar for helping her wrap it the second time."
