"Customer service definitely overshadows the food! Waiting several minutes to get a soda refill when there are NO customers at the counter is just ridiculous. It takes a really long time to place your order (add additional time to cook it - which I understand since it's fresh). Food handling - the person cooking & prepping the food, also takes orders and handles money with the same gloves! When we finally got our food, everything was hot. The fries were really good and perfectly seasoned. I ordered a turkey burger, which was moist and also had a good flavor. They offered a free refill on fountain drinks while dining inside, although it may take a few minutes for someone to come to the counter to help you. Overall we were satisfied with our meal. Everything was good, but I doubt I'll wait that long again for a burger."

"Be aware!!!! Do not come to this location I've been to the other location and was way more respectful and actually have everything there I placed my order at 2:47 for pick up I order chili cheese fries and 2 burgers and 2 tacos I was so looking forwards to the chili cheese fries my main reason I went and spent so much money!! I get a text saying I was getting a refund but didn't tell me for what I had to call and ask why they say for the chili cheese fries I asked could I just get a refund for my order because the main thing I was going there for wasn't available I was told no that I could come pick my order up mind you I get there at the estimate time I was suppose to, to receive my order I even asked inside could I get my refund I was told no again because the food had supposedly dropped already mind you I had to wait an additional 20 mins for food I already didn't want anymore moral of the story do not order online if you want to try this place it's a scam!!!!! Paid 41$ for 2 little sliders 2 turkey tacos that was so bland and 2 canned sodas please save your money make it at home taste the same or better!!!"

"Burgers here are made fresh to order. If you are in a hurry then be sure to order ahead. This is not fast food. Burgers are always good. Juicy, fresh ingredients and served with a smile. This is my go-to place for a great cheeseburger."
