"Usually the food is good but this time my food was over cooked. My pizza had visible burnt crust and the cookie desert was over bake (not chewy and tasted charred). I like my pizza crunchy but kids don't like it. Also I couldn't enjoy the cookie didn't have the same taste since it was baked too long."
"I ordered a hand tossed pizza. They said it would take you waiting 15 minutes lie almost 30min, and they took my pizza on pressure to delay my order. The pizza was soggy when I was eating it & I feel disrespected for $23 for a large pizza with pepperoni only!"
"It's Pizza Hut. It's very strange but there's one closer to us yet the delivery is from this further location. On occasion have had mild temperature pizza delivered but you're kidding yourself if you want 100% hot pizza. Get a microwave."
