"Absolutely horrible service! Ordered on the Subway App and the restaurant made the wrong sandwiches and wouldn’t refund us. Spoke with someone who works there and was told to talk to a manager and he gave us his name; told us we would get a refund or new sandwiches. Did that! he was nasty and rude to us. Spoke over us and didn’t care about our experience! Saying get the refund from a third party. We didn’t order from a third party! We ordered from you!! Sad! Terrible customer service! Ordered Roast Beef, With extra oil, extra banana peppers, etc. got Turkey…..none of the other stuff, just a bunch of vegetables piled on very little meat. We called immediately to let them know. It also says on the Subway app to contact store directly!!"
