"They made me wait over 20 minutes for 3 chicken tenders. When they finally gave me my order the rest of my food was cold. The fries were soggy and the chicken wings were cold. Because they had boxed half my order sat it there for 20 mins while they made me wait for tenders. If they didn't have any ready why box half my order and let it sit there to get cold? Why not wait till everything is ready to box it so the food wouldn't be cold and soggy. Meanwhile they were giving the fresh hot chicken to other customers that got there before me. Why not give them the chicken you had boxed alread? Makes no sense and to top it off the females that gave me the chicken tenders gave me the smallest thinnest tenders. When they had the big and thicker ones just came out. You can tell the discrimination. Maybe next time don't box food up and let it sit there for over 20 mins to get cold."

"Went to this location and OMG. Customer service here is the worst I have encountered. They don't pay attention. My first job was at a fast food restaurant and I learned to pay attention to customers orders but here, the manager wasn't even attentive to his employees and they took forever to take my order. Once I got home, I noticed they messed it all up. Don't think I'll be back at this location."

"Been going to this Popeyes for years, the food is the same as any other popeyes, tho my friend says the spicy here always makes him sick recently. But the service has gotten so bad. The manager (maybe owner) seems like a really nice hard working lady, but the customer service from her staff has been getting worse. I ordered a 6 piece tender blackened deal, and when I picked it up it was ready, but was regular. I asked to get it corrected, one employee said they don't do blackened, the other says they do. (they advertise blackened on the menu above their heads and I have gotten blackened from them before). Anyway, I'm standing there in this restaurant full of about 6 other people waiting for their orders, and then 1 guy starts complaining it's been 20-25 min since he ordered and where is it? Then a bunch of them are all bickering about the wait time. They got their food, then mine was ready after waiting an extra 15 minutes, and then my order was still wrong, instead of 6 tenders I got 3, and when I opened my mashed potatoes they looked gross. I'll go to a different Popeyes from now on. Wish this one the best to get it together"

"If i could rate this as -10 i would,- I have had a really bad experience at this location, while i was eating my chicken tenders there was a hair inside the chicken, i went up to the staff and all they said was, "would you like me to replace your piece or would you like something else" to be honest all i wanted is for them to check on the kitchen where they prepare the food so no one else had to go thru this but it looked like the staff didnt care at all even tho i had told them in front of the customers so they could hear. And not mentioning every time i go to this location the staff is always in a bad mood, rushing and being grumpy with the customers.... Note to Staff, NO!! I dont want your free chicken, i am not a free loader, what i want is for you to do your Job right, we are in the middle of a pandemic and you give me hairs in my chicken, if you dont like what you do, go to work somewhere else. Looks like you are the ones freeloading work hours... Note to OWNER, you gotta check on this ppl you have as employees, and also you gotta check on your HVAC system because it gets oily cloudy in there. PEACE TO ALL....."
