"Had such a great experience at Cento! Hidden gem. Our server, Atala, made excellent recommendations and was so sweet. The dishes were tasteful and fresh. Will definitely return"
"Decent option for a somewhat refined pasta place, nothing extraordinary. Our hostess was very nice and professional and counter seating was fun watching the fully transparent kitchen (a wonder how that one chef cooks a million pasta at the same time seemingly without any timer, would be more fun if pasta were freshly made). Wish the music were soothing (very loud pop music instead). Foodwise the octopus was charred and crispy outside but tender inside and the romesco sauce pretty unique. Of course pasta was the star here*. Spicy pomodoro was absolutely my favorite - the shape made the pasta hold the incredibly delicious sauce and what a heavenly addition of ricotta. However, a bit disappointed by the sweet corn agnolotti - the part where two pasta sheets overlap was just too hard and sweet corn flavor pretty weak and watery. Anyhow the date cake was pleasant (not too sweet). *There was some worrying review indicating dishes being too salty and greasy but at least that wasn’t the case when we were there."
"Outside but covered restaurant. Very intimate setting. Beautifully lit. Great staff. Very busy in the evening. Valet parking available. The food was exquisite and each dish had its own unique flavor profile. Ordering many items from the menu is your best option (family style). Lots of variety. Very limited vegan options- radicchio salad & sprouted cauliflower. I was here with my family so wasn’t expecting too much given my dietary restrictions. They really enjoyed their food. The duck confit stood out the most as it was moist, succulent, full of flavor, not too heavy, & fell right off the bone. Every single item was thoroughly pleasing to my family & they had many great things to say about their dining experience. They did have an option that could be made vegetarian (some pasta), however, the vegan options were very slim and wish they would’ve had at least one main dish that could be vegan & gluten free. Place is really cool though. I’d highly recommend anyone who is a foodie and appreciates one of a kind cuisine to support Cento."
"Giving 2 star to the atmosphere. I like their chill patio vibes. However the food is below average here. I can’t say it’s trash but it’s definitely not worth all the hype and 5star reviews here. I’m extremely disappointed because I thought this place was a gem after reading all the comments. I’m not sure if the chef is still recovering from COVID or something, I’ve never had dishes this SALTY ever. The Caesar salad is salty. The chicken is salty. The pasta dishes are overcooked and SALTY. Services are chaotic. One server offered clean plates and utensils for the next dish and the other server took them away right away? Man I don’t even know what they are doing. Me and my husband used dirty plates and shared 1 knife for our main course. They do get a lot busier during dinner time. So no one checked in with us throughout the meal. We refilled our own waters too. Anyways. I don’t think I’ll recommend this place based my personal experience."
"Hidden behind a bank of tall, thin trees is a treasure trove of a restaurant. The space is contemporary and blends indoor and outdoor seating. The open kitchen allows you to watch the magic of the chefs while they prepare incredible dishes. The food does not disappoint. Anything you order is going to be phenomenal. On this first visit, we ordered the Gem Caesar, Mussels & Clams, Sprouted Cauliflower, Spicy Pomodoro, Sweet Corn Agnolotti and Beet spaghetti. Honestly, there was a weak dish in the bunch. You’ll be tempted to skip dessert, but don’t! The Date Cake is not to be missed. I look forward to going back and exploring more of the menu."
