"This KFC really has a way of separating itself from all the other chains. THE CHICKEN pot pie here is pretty darn good. I don’t know if it was the fast service or cheerful vibes I got at the drive thru but it helped me get through my day. Also the cookies where great!"

"Good afternoon. I'm here to share my recent experience regarding the service and food quality at KFC/Taco Bell. This particular location on Lincoln Boulevard and Manchester in Westchester has disappointed me twice before. On my latest visit, around 5:30 yesterday evening after picking up my kids from school near Venice, the service was subpar from the start. As we approached the window to pay, the employee was impatiently gesturing for us to stop and seemed distracted. After waiting for about two minutes, we finally paid and received our order. However, shortly after consuming the food, my son complained of severe stomach cramps and had to rush to the restroom. Later that night, around 1:30 in the morning, I experienced the same symptoms and was sick both ways. It's evident that there was some form of cross-contamination, resulting in food poisoning for both my son and me. I strongly advise against eating at this location due to this unacceptable experience. I take reviews seriously, but this one is particularly alarming as I'm currently in bed, still in pain. Please, steer clear of this establishment."

"This KFC was great for price compared to other options at the airport and nothing else. There is one machine that worked at the counter and the receipts didn’t work. There was a lady standing behind it in case someone ordered a drink, but she was doing nothing and certainly not taking orders to love the line along. I ordered a combo without realising that there is no drink included in the combo. Through the machine selections it also didn’t order the combo. The man behind me ordered cookies and they told him after he paid that they don’t have cookies. So he paid for that without a refund. The chicken tenders didn’t have any spices on them and the chips had no salt or salt option."
