"Food is good and plenty. For $18-20 you will get 3 piece of fish, which is better than California fish grill. Menu should have more seasoning and condiment and sides option. Also, I didn’t like their tartar sauce. But overall very good, worth the money."

"I have been to this place several times to pick up orders for other people. The place smells really good and at the Reseda location the staff were really nice and at the Woodland Hills location it appears very clean. However, I cannot judge the atmosphere or service today as I ordered from a third-party app. What I will say is that the fish was fried to perfection and I was very impressed with the portion size of the fish and sides. Often times at non-franchised restaurants the sides are the size of a snack portion and they charge an exorbitant price. I decided to try this place because of so many wonderful reviews, and the good smells when I have visited in the past. I am giving my honest review and I don’t mean this review to be rude in anyway, I just hope that the owners will take heed and make a few changes. Although the fish presents really well, and looks delicious, it is bland as bland can be! I don’t taste any salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, old bay, etc. The greens were equally as bland with no chicken, bouillon, flavor, butter, onion powder, salt, pepper, garlic NOTHING! All I tasted was earth. I ordered the grilled veggies with no onion and they were chuck full of onions and burnt. I have provided a picture. I’m not sure if this restaurant is trying to cater to the demographic of the area. I noticed that a lot of non-franchised restaurants in this area, heavily lack seasoning, but I wish that they would STOP! I realize that restaurants can have an off day, and I certainly will try this place again. But today I wasted $23!"

"It’s so hard finding a great fish spot, but this is the one. Especially in the valley. I’ve ordered before online and had it delivered, it was great! But today I had the day off, and I decided to drive and pick it up myself. I called in my order, and the young woman who took my order was so sweet. When I arrived, the space was so clean and neat. The chef/owner said I arrived just on time because my order was ready and he included extra fish for me. The vibes were beautiful. The staff is genuinely sweet and yes the fish is amazing. If you are in the area, give this place a shot it’s worth it."

"I'm really disappointed with the quality of the sides served at your restaurant. While the fish was seasoned appropriately, the sides left a lot to be desired and unfortunately didn't meet the standards expected from a dining establishment. I found them to be unpalatable, and it was particularly disappointing to see the fried plantains being overcooked to the point of being burnt. I believe it would be in the best interest of the restaurant to review and perhaps revamp the quality control processes in the kitchen to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for all customers in the future. It might be beneficial to evaluate the performance of the current kitchen manager as well."
