"Great service and great experience, delicious rolls; a tiger roll , a california roll, and a dragon roll. As a gift they also gave a deepfried oreo! The tiger roll was good, but my favorite was the dragon roll with good slices of eel that didnt have any-many bones."

"The sushi here is Incredible! Only being bested by the exemplary customer service, and hospitality of the co-owners, Danny and Manny!! It was my girlfriend's birthday yesterday, and she requested sushi after she had gotten off of work. Well after some confusion on closing times, we pulled up to El Mazatleco, and saw co-owner, Danny, shutting down the dining area. I approached to ask what time they closed. He apologized and informed me that they closed at 10p (it was approximately 10:20). I told him that it was my girlfriend's birthday, and after a brief discussion with head sushi chef/co-owner, Manny, they welcomingly invited me in, told me to order whatever I'd like, and spent an additional 30 minutes preparing my order! Now if THAT doesn't define going "above & beyond", then I don't know what does! And after receiving such exceptional service, to get home and discover that the sushi rolls and nigiri were absolutely AMAZING, was just icing on the proverbial birthday cake! Thank you Danny & Manny! You guys saved the day!"
