"I go their alot but recently I went and there was a women who responded rudely when I asked for a cupholder. And then theirs a man who was sees many ppl waiting for their pick ups that are ready since theirs just like 12 drinks and he just looks at us like he's annoyed and bothered by our presence. Then I have ordered Carmel cremes about 5 times in the past and was given the coffee version multiple times."

"Very busy for such a small Starbucks in an awkward mall. However, they handled it well and got through the lines pretty quickly considering the length and how many mobile orders they seemed to have been doing as well. Drink and food were both delicious!"

"One of the best locations despite the challenges of staffing and how busy it is because it’s the only recognizable coffee spot in the whole mall. I work at the mall and frequent their spot, and they’re always sweet and keep a positive attitude despite the rudeness they receive from customers. Bummed they had to close for a month but happy they’re back!"

"Two stars for being able to make an iced coffee with 4 pumps of classic. Minus three for the customer service. Had a slightly above average customer line but I had used mobile order; when I arrived and walked up to the pick up window the baristas were too busy talking amongst themselves to pay any attention to me or the customers trying to order. I called about 3 times. A barista came up to tell me to ‘MOVE!’ So they could hand out drinks they just made while mine was sitting right next to him. I politely asked for my mobile order he told me to wait when he calls me. I went to the the window again a repeated this process 3 times for 10 minutes until I got my coffee."
