Lure Fish House

"Went for a work function. I don’t eat seafood, but was happy to find steak on the menu. It was horribly overpriced and grossly burnt ($35 for strip steak). All I could taste was char. The fries were also overcooked. The food was generally underwhelming. Service was pretty slow but seems like a nice place to maybe grab a drink, although it was very hard to get service at the bar. We dined after 5pm on 13 Feb."

"Great, fresh seafood especially the various fish dishes. Food is lightly seasoned and the sides are creative yet classic. This was my second time here and both times we were satisfied with the customer service and food quality. Came here on a Sunday for lunch and despite there being a full house we were seated in 10 minutes and food came out quickly as well. Aside from a classic smash burger, we ordered the White Sea Bass with fries and coleslaw, Pacific rockfish with buttered squash and cilantro lime rice and the lightly herb crusted sallys sand dabs with sweet potatoe fries and corn salad. Prices are what you would expect at a restaurant, hovering around 15 to 20 per dish. Would definitely recommend coming here for fresh and well prepared seafood."

"Very nice dining experience. My wife and I were greeted right away and seated. I had the fish and chips. They were good. I only wish they had steak cut fries, but they were still very good. My wife had the tequila lime shrimp pasta, and it was amazing. Everything was fresh and made to order. I had an old fashion to drink and it was made perfect. I highly recommend this place and look forward to my next visit."

"Mediocre. I had the lobster roll, which was pretty tasteless and also the lobster texture was not good. I can understand bad lobster texture because the west coast is not exactly a huge lobster producer, but the lobster was also pretty tasteless, with only a generic chipotle aioli as seasoning. The celery chunks were too big as well. Bun and sweet potato fries were alright. White Sea bass was okay. Appetizers were pretty good. The miso skewers had a nice texture and the calamari was solid. The ambiance of the place was also good; you can definitely tell it is upscale based on the decor. The service is mediocre; our server was very nice but took a very long time to take our order or refill water. Overall pretty mediocre place and not worth the price."

"Tried the Lure Fish House in Porter Ranch for the first time to celebrate two birthday's. Our server Trent was amazing and the dinner service was superb with great recommendations for both food and drink. Our party of 9 enjoyed all the food ordered. The New England clam chowder and the white sea bass were particularly delicious and the portions are very generous! Excited for our next visit!"
