"I was ripped off for $20.00 by Rosa because she put the wrong pump and a customer starting pumping the gas before I realized she had made a mistake. Then she started yelling at me when I asked for a refund or to have the money put to the right pump. She said she couldn't do that and that I would have to wait for the customer to pay for the gas (which they didn't). Then she offered no help in resolving the issue and told me to leave without my $20.00. I'm glad I was in a hurry and only put $20.00 out instead of $40.00. Then it seems impossible to get any help from the corporation that franchises this rip off. I intend to pursue all available means to get my $20.00 back, and I hope they realize it is going to cost more than $20.00 of their corporate salaries to satisfy my attention requirements. Their complaint department is a joke, leave a message, I'll see how many messages I can leave before they respond. So far, two today, no response."

"Cashier working on Tuesday 2/16/2021 at 5:20pm is rude. Denied me the store available discount due to the right screen being off. The left screen is working properly. Other employees are usually really nice. I guess she is the sour apple."

"Went inside to get a soda, the assistant manager yelled at me not to step on the floor cause she just mopped!!! What am I suppose to fly? I understand but there are ways to talk to customers and she was very inappropriate it was my surprise that she was the manager I can’t imagine how the others employees talk to customers then. DON’T GO HERE"

"Customer service is horrible it seems that every time I go in their systems are down where you can enter your phone number and have additional discounts based on what you purchase. The keypad on the touch screen doesn't work when you hit one number it enters a totally different number and then when you try to hit the back button it starts entering numbers randomly you didn't choose so there's clearly an issue with touchscreen. Instead of apologizing and trying to find a solution they basically just ignore the fact that there is a problem and they don't call it in or take care of the issue so it can be resolved I realize that the staff is just at entry-level but they should have enough common sense to say if this has been down for days we need to call someone to fix it. Staff is consistently talking at the front amongst each other and then when somebody comes up to the desk they act as if it's some sort of inconvenience to assist them or I walk in and see them talking and there's a line out the door. I purchase cigarettes from the store a couple times a week and each time I come in I asked for the staff to explain the discount to me they're unable to do that saying I think it's a multiple discounts but I'm not sure how it works but it seems that I never actually get the price that's posted on their advertisement and no one can explain it to me why and they're rude to me for asking the question which I have every right to do. It's frustrating cuz although the discount may be small cigarettes are expensive and regardless of how small the discount Maybe the store is offering it but they're not acknowledging it."
