"I was finally able to make the "pilgrimage" of sorts to the Powell Peralta Skate Shop in Goleta, CA. I was able to appease my 10 year old self of my fascination with skateboarding as I visited this awesome little shop. They had the decks and accessories and clothing I fancied as a kid. Loved the posters and displays they had, especially the Steve Caballero cut-out at the top of the stairs greeting you as you enter, and the giant Animal Chin milk carton. Got myself a shirt, and the staff gave me some free stickers. Hopefully I can get a skateboard next time. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the store was very well kept and clean. Lots of parking in the business center. I am definitely coming back if I am this far west again. Thanks Powell Peralta and the Bones Brigade for the rad childhood memories!"
