"Let me just say this- I have been going to the same Taco Bell my whole life, and over the last few months I have been so incredibly impressed with how amazing this place has been. There’s a guy who works there- his name is Cooper, and he is by far the best customer service worker out there. He is so kind, attentive, and is very thorough when taking orders. Every single time I go through the drive through and I hear his voice I’m elated. He is fantastic. Cooper is what brings this Taco Bell to another level. I also work in food customer service, so I know how hard it is, and he is the prime example of what our companies want us to be. He’s the workers we see in commercials, the ones we believe don’t actually exist, the ones I didn’t believe existed until I went through that drive through and experienced that fantastic of service."
