"This is my local Starbucks and the staff is always very friendly and I like the neighborhood atmosphere. They make my iced café lattes the way I like them, and in the rare instance they forget to make it iced, they fix it and let me keep the hot latte for later when it cools down."

"New hire struggling to make drinks. I waited 15 minutes and ask for a refund as I needed to leave. Was told it was ready. IT WAS TERRIBLE! The fault did not lay with new barista but with poor manager. The manager informed me she had received her 2 weeks training and had to figure it out for herself. One person putting cups on display shelf, manager wiping down warmer. They were very aware of her struggle and poor customer service. Shame on them."

"We LOVE this Starbucks location and visit often! Clean Bathrooms and Family Friendly! The only thing to note is that it closes at 7pm which is pretty early for a Starbucks!"
