"The staff are extemely unfriendly and unkind except Ashlee Sone who was truly amazing and patient. It took me 4 days tonpacr my phone order because the SA's were assisting their walk-ins and that they would get back to me when they are available. I expected an EOD follow-up with a simple text or phone call explaining they would try again the next day. That is what I would call great customer service but it seemed like they didn't care about making the sales but closing for the day. I received my order today and got off the phone with Saul about my purchase. I was explaining about my authentication card and he completely disregarded and was talking over me. He left an impression that he didn't want to hear me and cut me off. His tone and attitude was a complete turn-off and is not acceptable for what I thought to be a high quality designer brand. To Ashlee, thank you for your service!"
