"Went in there to buy my son a pair of shoes for Christmas. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I had 3 different people ask if I needed anything! Not only that, they sold me a pair of Jordan's they hadn't put on display yet. Was looking at low top red/black and sale person came out with the high tops!! Told me we just got them in couple of hours ago!! Big props!! Thank you."

"Customer service really bad!! I’m never going there again. The manager had the audacity to huff when I asked for a size and started to have a arguement with me telling me that if I get a bigger size it would be more. Like I didn’t ask for that I asked for a bigger size because I was going to buy the shoes. If I couldn’t afford a pair of shoes I would have not stepped in a shoe store. Im still very upset and if there is anyway I can speak to more than a higher manager than her I would like too"
