"I bought a pair of Taos wool slippers because I thought they would have good arch support. I previously had a pair of felt slippers from another company and loved them but after 4 years of wearing them everyday they finally wore out. I have had the Taos wool slippers for 4 months and they already have a big hole in the felt. The felt is much thinner than the other company slippers and not as soft. I'm very disappointed. I was hoping I would love these and that they would have better arch support but they really don't. Both companies are the same price so I will purchase from the other company in the future."
"I ordered a pair of shoes online. When I put them on, they were way too tight. I tried to return them and they told me, too bad, they were on sale, no returns on sale items. So I’m out $80. I feel like they basically stole my money because I got nothing I can use out of it. They could at least have exchanged for something that fits."
"Having read many of the reviews, I totally agree. They advertise how comfortable and healthy their shoes are but they feel horrible on my feet. I paid close to $100 and because they were on sale (no wonder) I can’t return them. I do not recommend this company and would never go back."
